It wasn't about the donuts specificially at all; it'd have been the same if he was comparing it to packing and unpacking a suitcase or anything describing stuff going into and out of it. Battle for Baldur's Gate is definitely an underrated set, but most of the people at my usual table have been well aware of Abdel Adrian + Candlekeep Sage since it came out. He's easily the best Blink commander since Brago and is probably the best one overall since he can easily go infinite by himself off of Restoration Angel or Felidar Guardian. Plus he has all of Brago's usual shenanigans like permanent exiling with O-Ring and free Manifesting with Cloudform, and Adrian also gives you card draw from your command zone. For higher level play you can swap out a lot of Vince's durdling for Anthem effects (like Intangible Virtue or Meadowboon) or Annointed Procession to double up on tokens and force creature damage through in combat. And for even faster wins you can swap the Anthems out for Altar of the Brood or Altar of Dementia to deck the entire table at instant speed for wins during Upkeep. And since you're in blue, you can also Thassa's Oracle yourself into a win as well. Abdel Adrian blink decks can be incredibly strong and very competitive.

Can I second this? Why can I imagine Vince and Spice on the same episode?

Vince was really fun this episode, and interactions between him and Lua were great

this starts to feel like a meme, the 3-vs-prof format. almost every episode at some point it's 3-vs-prof even when there's a bigger threat at the table. reminds me of the old scg- commander-vs videos... not as entertaining after enough iterations

What a game ! The banter was great and Vince was able to resolve his triggers quickly

If Vince reads these comments, A cool card I found for Abdel Adrian is great desert prospector. Makes powerstones equal to the amount of creatures you control, which basically lets you double your soldiers every time you flicker your commander. Can get out of hand super quick

Joe's Mana Crypt dice have 4 no sides, and just 2 yes sides. Slick.

It was something special to watch Prof just continue to f around and continue to find out.

I'm British and could only understand what Kenobi was saying, no idea what the others were on about!

Prof, I'm with you. Slivers are amazing. I have a Sliver Deck and my group doesn't let me run it often, so I built a (so far) undefeated Tiamat deck.

tbh when i first heard about "X power level" i thought the average power of the creatures was X

I loved Vince deck, back in the day i had a Venser flick deck and it was SO FUN. This is like the upgraded version that i had

If precons are a level 5, then the power scale is useless. I realize that is the running joke, but it stopped being funny ages ago and is now just cringe. Play what you want but own being the villain if that becomes the case.

PK's deck being so D&T adjacent makes me feel all the warm fuzzies.

Damn. Subbed to you and Kenobi. Best episode ever. Tell Vince to set his watchs auto-detect to off next time, lol, cheers!

I typically don't watch Commander games despite playing a ton but this was one of the best I've ever seen. Professor made a big mistake when that Dragon was dealing damage to his slivers, he could have bounced everything that was being targeted back to hand before the complete resolution of the ability.

This is just Kenobi being silly and everyone else feeding off it and it's the most hilarious thing I have ever seen in my entire life, I love it! 🤣🤣
