Yes I had a terrible experience recently. They offered to tow my car when the service itself could have been first manually checked at home and the issue could have been found out. They changed relay and fuse and they demanded 13,000 rs as an overall charge when I was promised that the initial subscription pay would cover the towing fee!

Go Mechanic All service centers remove your car parts and they will re- fit iy will charge you spare parts charges. I lost my jacky & tools. They stole it. The customer service people get commisdion for playing with customers. 🙏🏾

Mene bhi Guwahati me gomechanic se service karwa. Mechanic ko mujhe job card samjhana para. Coolen refil kiya nhi tha, wheel alteration nhi kiya, flushing tha wo bhi nhi kiya tha. Bad me delivery ke time job bola to bola ki bhool gya

Mene bhi gomechanic se service karwai thi. Oil filter jyada tight kr diya jisse oil filter bhi damage hua and saara engine oil leak ho gaya. Meme jab engine oil replace karwaya to pata chala inhone oil change bhi nahi kiya tha.

Go mechanic na na karwana service chorr hain ye local item daalte hain aur agar samne na karwao toh naya item dalte bhi nhi hai aur paisa lelete hain !

Meri Gadi ka AC filter bhi bahar lataka mila phir khud hi set kiya. Gomechanic business model Acha hai but end customer k liye Sahi nahi laga
