I got the perfectionist ach-et even before september, but turning the recording of me getting it into something bigger (which is showing all the achievements in the game) took me way more time than I expected; some circumstances made me unable to get back to editing the video for quite a long time.

I didn't check myself, but this guide over here (steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=414756453) says that misclicks are actually not counted.
