There is a tech with mom's braslet. If you press a space bar while holding a rock, isaac will drop it and it would not cost item charge.Also you can pick up new rocks pretty much immediatly. I personally like to clear all rocks on the floor with it.

But considering Sin seems to be Fiend Foliod out maybe he can try "Boss Butch" adds a bunch of new bosses who aren't completely unfair and for something very unique try "The future" mod adds a new floor with custom enemies and bosses and the boiler adds a third alternative for dross and downpour again with unique enemies and bosses!
