4:40 instead of guessing between Vshift and double Vshift you can just use Vbreak always. He'll absorb it with his armor and you can get a full punish. Sometimes though he runs out of armor and he gets hit by the Vbreak. Either way it's safer and a win-win no matter what happens.

I think I remember reading that you can v-break after v-shifting the beginning of Abigail’s vt2 guard break and that it works pretty good. I don’t even own a console that can run this game, though, so maybe I’m completely wrong.
