After having learnt the 99 variety dosa trade in Mumbai for 14 years, Manjunath from Mandya moved to Bengaluru to settle down with his family and set up his dosae cart. The first one, he had to wind down in a hurry owing to a poor choice of location in Yeshwantpur. He subsequently chose Jayanagar, a location that seemed to have worked well for him until the pandemic. Since then, he and his wife, Latha, who supports her husband with her two children in tow who have nowhere else to go after school and tuition, have been struggling a bit. Alerted of their plight by a viewer, we stopped by impromptu at their cart to taste a couple of their tasty dosae and also support them.
