Got my car 2 weeks ago. My previous car was a Kia Rio 2015. Fortunately, I didn't have the same experience as you. I got the sports model. Built date was Aug 2024. If you came from the same brand as Kia, the drive feel was almost the same. Regarding the shaking, I don't have that experience. I think you might try to compare this shaking from the dealer’s demo car that you bought and see if they are the same. With regards to RPM, from the start I am using 91 (shell). I havent notice any fluctuation on RPM. My only issue was sometimes the auto off (short stops) was not consistent, not sure if its because the battery requires more power so the engines needs to be on. One more thing, this does not have tyre pressure monitoring system which the new cars have. Must purchase a separate monitoring system but otherwise this car is very good.

Hi there! We did compare my car and 4 demo's, mine was shaking way more then the demo but to the sales person they were the same. They are treating me like a clown. I got a few DMs regarding this issue from others,I will post any updates. Thanks for watching

@ Not a good customer service from that dealer mate. If they cannot help you, you might be able to email the main Kia (international). You can also try to go to different service centre on your next service and get some feedback with them as well. Anyway, best of luck mate.
