This is the kind of video that could possibly lead your competitors to know exactly what you’re doing and yet it has the possibility to lead them into bankruptcy.... I love how precisely you are teaching us the ways that you are building your coach and I really love how open you are to tell us every little detail. Let’s just say that if I had to buy one of your coaches I would know for sure that I am buying a quality product. Your workmanship is truly impressive.

Many thanks to Dean and Neil! Having just watched the four episodes in a single sitting. This series firmed up my mind. Pleasure-Way is indeed the right way to go. The model that I set my heart on is Lexor FL. At this writing in October, 2021, the Lexor has disappeared from the Pleasure-Way website. I hope this is due to the shortage of supply on part of Ram, and that when chassis supply resumes normalcy, Pleaure-Way will build Lexor FL on the much improved 2022 Promaster. Cannot wait to sit in my own unit.

Neil, I know I am a year late in reviewing all 4 parts of yor Pleasure Way Factory Tour, they were all great. You have shown how Pleasure Way adds the quality into their RVs and I like that from a company. Thank you and I will be checking if a Pleasure Way could be my next class B van.

Very through, you pretty well covered on all my concerns and Ah ha moments. I like that they utilize steel framing over aluminum and that most everything is made in house...shows real craftsmanship with modern innovation that does not replace the craftsmen but that improves upon quality and durability as reflected in their five year warranty. Thanks Neil, well done!

I bought a brand new Ascent 2018. There was a screw right thru the back of the galley. I guess Blair and Chris were off that day. Thanks Neil for your videos

Wow! That was the best interview yet. I have to admit I learned a lot about batteries and wiring from Dean. I am completely sold on Pleasure-Way. I noticed the inspector checking out a silver Tofino, I'm waiting for mine to come through the line. I spent a whole career as a commercial pilot and engineer. I mention that because the "disaster of the front seat" is no factor at all. I've driven the vehicle and it's way better than my 2015 Honda Civic Hybrid, and I love that. I've flown commercial planes with less room. So I guess it's to each their own. Like the subject of seat belts. Anecdote; 1971 Vietnam, a UH-1 crash lands after taking fire, autorotation ends badly and the chopper catches fire. The pilots were strapped in five point belts. They burned, the soldiers in back all escaped with minor bumps and burns, they were not belted at all. Don't get me wrong, seat belts are important, but if you're a real fatalist then we all need fire proof jumpsuits and helmets and maybe even ejection seats. If I was that over the top then I would just stay home and pray no earthquake or meteor would hit. I certainly would buy a campervan. Thanks Neil. I love your vlog.

Neil, this has been an outstanding series. Same high quality that we have come to expect from your reviews. Based in large part on your input I have been educated and informed and felt comfortable in purchasing a Pleasure-Way Lexor FL in recent days in large part due to your reviews. Thank you for the great information you bring to KZbin!

I just finished watching all four parts... just amazing and fantastic and incredible! I was really impressed with every extra effort made, especially the balsa wood laminate thick plywood, the filing and sanding of the edges of the laminate pieces, the list goes on. As we're about to order a Plateau TS, this series of videos really solidified and concreted our choice!

Love how Neil Balthaser skillfully avoided naming names of competitors when talking of "lesser" quality construction.Class act.

I can't explain how much I learned from these 4 parts. I am a previous PW owner and new when I purchased it new that it was quality but had no idea what it took to make that quality of a RV. I think Dean should use his own words in more of his advertising or logos, "because it is the right thing to do". and "to meet our standards" and "to give the customer the best possible RV they can have". How can anyone not want a Pleasure-Way. Thanks for another wonderful video.

Neil that was an excellent look inside the build process. The quality stands out vs other manufacturers. I’m going to look at Pleasure-Way. Well done Neil!

This was a fantastic series of videos. It gives a really good impression of the quality that's built into each coach. Neil, thank you from someone who just sold their Jayco class C and is looking for a high quality class B.

Very much enjoyed all 4 episodes of your PW factory tour. I have personally toured 3 ‘assembly line’ motorhome factories. The quality of workmanship was from good, to ok, to poor. None had both the quality and accountability of the finished product like PW. Downsizing from a 42’ Class A. I will get a PW or none. I will not settle for a quickly built, stapled together, poorly fitted coach where the objective of the worker is to get the unit out the door to meet the daily quota. Here is a saying with a lot of truth that I have had on the wall behind my desk for over 3 decades. ‘There’s usually someone who can take a product, Make it worse to sell it cheaper. Then, the person ‘customer’ who only considers price is this person’s lawful prey.’

Awesome job on this tour. Crazy how my favorite van is the old Dodge at the end. I like the floor plan plus the body style of the old 70s, and 80 vans are just cool.

Great product! I just bought the new Tofino this spring! I love it. But my question is, it has a 2018 Ram Body, so should this be sold as a 2018 or a 2019? I thought these Tofino were new in 2019? Thanks for your help.

Why doesn't Pleasure Way replace the Dometic (sp) fridge that so many people complain about. Doesn't get cold enough and people end up throwing out their food.

I am considering a 2023 PW Ontour 2.2, but it was built early on with the 2022 chassis. What are the pros and cons of the two? I will be towing a motorcycle trailer also if that influences your feedback.

Amazing!!!! I have seen first time that kind of motorhome. I belong to such a country where these type of luxuries do not exist. To have a roof over our head is a big thing. we are living on the same planet. What a disparity!!!!!!

Interesting that in engineering and finish terms Pleasure-Way appears unmatched yet they continue to use fiberglass insulation which is such a poor choice for so many reasons!

Great video Pleasure-Way should make a model like an anniversary edition to the third Model featured in this video And it should look just like it and every single way but of course with modern conveniences And it should also be on the Dodge Ram chassis that the original one was Hopefully they'll read this and do that because I would definatly buy it as my first and probably last RV Because Pleasure-Way will just last

Was not impressed with his explanation of why they didn’t need a higher grade insulation. Because it cools down and heats up quick. Disappointing. I want the highest rating insulation available. Just saying
