Hi Neal. Thanks for the great reporting from Saskatoon. We are anxiously awaiting your fourth segment. More importantly we want to thank you for guiding us over this last year as we began our personal search for the right coach. We have become huge Pleasure Way fans and are very close to owning one. Your observations will continue to educate us on the new product offerings and the RV industry at large. Happy trails!

Such a great business decision to do these in depth video tours. Amazing to see the quality of your product.

Agreed. I've seen a lot of posts from prospective or past customers saying the quality is the same. I'm just an amateur when it comes to wood work but I knew enough to know the cabinet differences between PW and lets say LT. Anyway, definitely a smart business decision to get this out.

These Pleasure-Way Factory Tours Strengthen and Deepen the relationship and confidence I have with Neil Balthaser of Ultramobility and Dean Rumple CEO of Pleasure-Way Industries. Almost three months ago I purchased a 2019 Pleasure-Way Plateau FL and we are so glad we did on the strength of listening to these two gentlemen over the past year and a half. This series of videos only adds to the confidence we have that we have made the right choice. I believe we have the best Class B Camper Van in the world.

The attention to detail is almost fanatical ! While other RVs are "Slap, Dash, Staple , N Shove Em Out The Door"!

Great series, Neil. We're looking forward to #4. You have produced the most in depth factory tour of Pleasure-Way that we have viewed so far. Through 7 months of research and RV dealer visits we have decided on the 2020 Pleasure-Way Plateau TS. That RV checks off most of the boxes and the build quality is obvious as shown by your videos. The new 2019 Sprinter chassis is just amazing. Now we just have to decide what the date will be - sell the house and cars, put some stuff into storage and make that big step to full-time, Class B RVing. We have done tenting and pop-up trailers over the past 35 years together. If we can survive a 22'-9" "house on wheels" we can survive anything. Thanks for all of the videos and keep up the quality work!

Thank you to both Dean for opening your doors and giving us a detailed inside view of your factory processes; and to Neil for bringing this up close tour to us. The transparency that Dean espouses in his RV development is so far beyond his competitors that it is really impossible to compare other manufacturers to Pleasure Way. None of them would share this amount of detail behind their manufacturing processes and the thoughtfulness behind construction decisions that obviously cost more than easier choices. Kudos to you both for being so earnest in what you do. My only hesitation at this point is the evaporative refrigerator versus compressor based. I understand the power requirements are very different; however the evaporative venting will prohibit me from being stealthy enough to park a Pleasure-way in front of my house in my HOA. This forces me to consider other brands that offer that option. Again, thanks to you both for such a educational review of PW!

Incredible quality and attention to detail. Pleasure-way is the standard by which all other Class B should be measured

Great job, Dean. You really know your business. And the details! (And Neil did a superior editing once again)

These videos strengthen my trust with PW. All are engineering works, very different with other low skill common sense works. Thank y’all.

Hi Dean, This is a fantastic view into Pleasure-way! I have been following Neil for a few years and love where he took his channel. If not for him, I would not be hell-bent on getting a Pleasure-Way. It won't happen for a while...maybe never actually but I have a dream and put it out in the universe. Thank you for having ethics😃

So crazy how much labor there is in an RV unlike in the auto industry.

I just wished PW built a lounge version with 4 captain's chairs. I wouldn't hesitate to buy one of those.

Was hoping he would ask how much weight is added to the van when it's finished.

thanks guys, so many times, I see comments that the rv in the review is way overpriced, it should cost half of sticker, even ones of much less quality, many folks have no idea what goes in

I'm enjoying the series although as a wood worker, I see how much kool-aid is being added to describing the "quality" in the build process, whereas most of the things being mentioned are pretty standard build practices. For those that know nothing about cabinet making, they might think they're working magic. For example, the way they make cabinet doors is pretty basic and standard. The way they make cabinets is not ground breaking. The way they make the face frame from a single sheet of plywood is actually a lot faster using their CNC cutter than a stick face frame, contrary to what was said. I guess some RV manufacturers have lowered the standard to such degree that makes companies like Pleasure Way stand out. From what I can tell, Coachmen might have the same or better build standard although it appears to fall short on aesthetics IMO. On the other hand what I've seen from Roadtrek in person, I cannot fathom how their builds pass quality control. Winnebago is a step up from that, falls somewhere in the middle.
