crystalising the stomach. eating puree. choosing food Intuitively. you know its very interesting, perhaps a month ago (time has lost its flow) it came to me the sense of purifying my body to match the beautiful lightness of my consciousness, after Aureliacodes shared a beautiful book she recommended herself. in my past i mostly ate to survive, i still do, but it came to me that this is simply a choice now. that there's a beautiful way to eat as well as alignment. how interesting. how interesting. 💛 much love jj, thank you and the pleiadians for this beautiful visualization and energy for which to consider. it feels realer and realer everytime around. much much love. I can’t thank you enough for this transmission! I’ve also struggled with digestion for years thinking I had to have protein/carbs/fats/veggies at every meal, 3-4 time a day! Blaming myself for a ‘slow metabolism’. Started eating intuitively and mindfully a few months ago, and I feel great. Now I know and trust my body was trying to tell me something. ❤
