The Arizona landscape is so diverse and unbelievable. On this peaceful one day road trip, I traveled down to Madera Canyon, cut up through Box Canyon, and then finally ended up in Sonoita...maybe for a glass of wine or two. In the process, I painted two (time-lapsed) watercolor landscapes using my travel sketchbook/art journal and a handful of colors. My art supplies, materials, and color palette are listed below.
