I really appreciate your teaching style! Clearly explained and described - your dialog matches your video! and no frivolous chat. " That's all a Matthew Walker knot is - a series of over hand knots..." Brilliant.

I like the calm way how you explain your knots and projects. Almost hypnotic, but always highly motivating. 👍🏻

This knot has plagued me for a year, I kept coming back to your tutorials, the 6/10 strand, finally it fell into place.

It’s one of the most satisfying knots to master. Bravo

Amazing strands! Precise result, simple and informative instructions. Even knowing this knot (though did not do that "handbehind" trick) I had a pleasure to watch hands at knotworking! ;) Thank you for sharing!

Great tutorial and well explained what type of rope did you use for this knot as I noticed it held its shape well whilst you were tying it the rope that I have been using doesn’t seem as ridged once again thanks great tutorial

It’s just cotton cord but it’s “hard laid” which describes the way it’s made. I make it myself and occasionally sell it. Currently I have none for sale I’m afraid. If you google Mikko Snellman you should be able to get some. His cord is beautiful, he’s a master craftsmen and knotter.

I tried 10 strands with bailing twine, not recommended and impossible. Thanks for the 6 strand, will try this with some rope I have.

Bailing twine would be really hard. Kudos for trying. Cord with good structure will make your tying easier

I think it was a suggestion to go the other direction, not specifically the two movements.

What did you use for the constrictor knot and what is the name of the braid you started off with?
