Actually , burn is in an ok state, if you willing to double slot philclair instead of fielding liu meur, liu greg or liu hong.

burn is fine as is. its better than sinking where we have no count, and the fact that burn can only activate once per turn means ID that gain clash power up depending on burn continue to remain stronger instead of accidentally losing that buff because you hit the enemy too many times. outis vastly improves the damage burn can do. however i am hoping for a new status for burn or even a wildfire sort of effect where the more burn an enemy has the more burn they gain at turn end. or if defeating an enemy with burn the rest of the burn is "used" as an instant damage split between remaining enemies
