I have to smile😂 that grown men can get so exited at the sight of some concrete works being undertaken, but count me in on that. Also no sooner that the block paving goes down on the main stand side but the gas company come along and lift a section up. Something don't change. 9:08 you can see one if not half of a bench has gone in by the fecess near the bottom green skip.. its a darker pine colour. There are a couple of other benches dotted around the site ready to go in. I only mentioned what someoen had said on ss skies comments about the benches going on the forrver stones, but i dont see that happening myself. Glad your back doing the videos. Its not the same without your vidoes.

Maybe why you thought it looked more rounded is because it was still in protective packaging. Great update I’m a Hartlepool United supporter but have always followed Liverpool since the very early 1980s

Thanks for the update Kev 👍👍 Good to see the block paving going in opposite the Shankly Gates , thought it might be the RED block but they’re using the GREY, no worries on that. The corner section regarding the terracing, hopefully that could be finished for the Liverpool V Brighton match on 31 March 2024. I also know that there is the legends match Liverpool V Ajax coming up next weekend so maybe it could be finished for that 🤔🤔🤔🤔. I still think it was the Anfield Road signage that was wrapped up. If it’s wrapped up carefully, it will normally give that rounded edge so everything is protected. I might be wrong . Come on Liverpool 🔴Looking forward to the Man United match this afternoon. Let’s make the semifinals of the FA Cup🔴YNWA Sparky 🍻🍻

I wish the club would try to buy the John Houlding house at the corner of King Kenny and Annie Road, and preserve it with original Victorian interior to show how it was back in 1892, or do something like an exclusive hospitality package in it, also in a Victorian theme. But it’d be nice to own it and do something as he was our founder and that was his house, and it’s quite a beautiful building too.

The lads going into the ground now don't realise just how tight the seating used to be ..I'm 6' 1..and it used to be painful ..but then again I grew up with Terraces and fully understand the safety issues and needs etc..but there were great days

No the fan zone isn't complete yet it's going to be on the ground level inside the stand with food & drinks and big screens etc.

You mentioned 'benches' - I would suspect they will be where the angled recesses in the shrubberies are .. It would make more sense to have them on the perimeter than where heavy footfall would be. Recess where bench would go between big red box and Shankly gates

Hi Kev, I'll give you a clue as to what the 'alleged scoreboard' might be and where it might be located, it's got feet on it as clearly shown in your photo, meaning it's free standing as opposed to being hung on a wall or vertical cladding. You're definitely correct that it wasn't one of the new signs though. By the way the benches that were in the media parking area are for the recessed areas in the sandstone walling, probably the recess by the Forever Stones next to the 'Chairman's House'. The barrier tape on the lower tier could simply be for routine painting etc.

Surely there are not just going to leave some plain slabs and the two Liver Bird slabs as the finished last two plaque areascin the new forever stones area..that is very underwhelming . May be thay have commissioned a bench for Jurgen Klopp but are having to wait until the end of the season before they can finalise his silverware trophy list and maybe the the other space is reserved like wise for a Jurgen Klopp fist punching statue .

I have a question. Why is there a black banner-thing going down the stand (across the nike logo). I know it is to seperate the home and away fans. But the banner is so wide and is covering like 3-4 rows of seats all the way. Why is the seats even there if they’ll be covered by the banner all the time? Temporary?

Because the amount of away fans changes per game depending on the amount of tickets sold or what cup the games in. So it's easier to stick something temporary over the seats rather than just completely removing rows of seats in the one place.

There are way more shorter black 'lamp posts' lining the road on the away side of the stand.... The Main stand side. Theyre shorter than the lighted lamp posts.... And they have small posts sticking out of them horizontally. Any idea what they will be? Digital signage for Away supporters? Was at Tottenham last week for an event and they had digital signage to direct people to the event.
