corticosteroids is said to suppress fever caused d/t infections, collagen disease and during evening time corticosteroid level decreases so fever tends to be high.

Case discussion is amazing But it will be better...if it is easier to find pdf of history. I am searching for pdf of this perticular lecture but I am not able to find on telegram neither on mega app. In telegram also...there is soo much of content, which is not organised..so...we can't find what we want.. Why do low grade fevers have evening rise?

Because cortisol is high in the morning. It will mask the fever.

The cortisol will be low in the evening and also because physiologically also there will be 0.5 c of rise in temperature that will add on to the fever
