📌 Ingredients
500 g pleurotus mushrooms
20 ml olive oil
20 g butter (or all olive oil)
4 green onions
4 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon dried oregano
juice of ½ lemon (or to taste)
salt and pepper to taste
½ bunch fresh parsley

🔪 Preparation
1. Tear the mushrooms into strips, place them in a bowl and drizzle with the lemon juice and olive oil, then sprinkle with salt, pepper and oregano. Mix gently.
2. Heat the butter in a large frying pan and fry the mushrooms for 7-8 minutes in a single layer, without crowding the pan. If necessary, fry 2 times.
3. When the mushrooms are browned, turn off the heat and add the pressed garlic and finely chopped parsley.
4. Cover the pan with a lid and leave it like that for 5 minutes for the mushrooms to soak up the garlic flavor. Serve with warm polenta.
