this is a very unique perspective. modi is creating a middle class who isnt empty stomach, has food on the table, has roof over his head and atleast a livable wage job so that he can then think about the larger question which is the identity of nation, the hindutva identity and i totally agree a person feel pride in his culture only when he feel pride of himself. when that person has roti, kapda , makan then only he can feel pride of himself and then he can feel pride of his culture and become nationalistic,.

Instead it should have sold a story of Development for the Greater kolkata area babus, and of escape from Islamism and demographic threat to border areas and the Bangladeshi hindu population of West Bengal. BJP (Amit Shah) went to Santhal areas and garlanded the wrong damn guy, instead of the statue of a man deeply revered, deeply Hindu, and deeply anti colonialist. By mistake? Modiji brought pride to Bharat and Indians which gives a normal Indian citizen a high. So we can be generous enough to let Modiji project himself. We can’t expect him to be a sanyasi to the core just because he is a true nationalist. If congress is not able to do anything is because of the image of Modiji otherwise we know how nationalistic and moralistic congress is and congress will not think twice in trampling BJP completely.
