PLIERS WRENCH : KNIPEX or GEDORE or FACOM or WIHA ?

The GEDORE pliers wrench has a problem with the ratchet effect when screwing... For the pads, you have to force them to fully engage them and they hold perfectly.
In my opinion, the FACOM is by far the best (opening, graduation, ergonomics).
La pince-clé GEDORE a un problème avec l'effet cliquet au vissage ... Pour les patins, il faut forcer pour les engager à fond et ils tiennent parfaitement.
A mon avis, la FACOM est de loin la meilleure (ouverture, graduation, ergonomie).

Diezelle, The rapid close of the Facom is a very nice thing in small areas. But I am surprised by the Gedore not holding the torque. I wonder why that is. I like the video and a good topic.

thanks for this. helped me pick a brand. the only think i knew going in is no more chinese garbage made of trash metal for me. can't really get wiha at normal prices in the US, so i went with knipex

On peut remarquer que la mâchoire de la Facom est légèrement plus large. Personnellement j'aime bien le mécanisme de la pince multiprise Wiha. En terme de qualité de fabrication Knipex semble réellement imbattable et resterait mon premier choix. En terme d'ergonomie, quelle poignée bimatiere te semble la meilleure entre la Facom et Knipex ?
