I believe Plinio. He had Jiri's style and methods completely sewn up from the bell. Strangely, Jiri needed to ignore the calf kicks, again, and by showing he cared about them, and Plinio all eagle eyed, boom, that can be exploited. Alex, yes, the physical prowess, but fight smarts, tactics, understanding of the mechanics and reading what his opponents are doing, the study of warcraft... unparalleled. He then can back it up with his phenomenal skill set. Adapting his approach, fight to fight. I just hope all fighters, in all divisions, take note. Alex is only giving at this point, leading by example the new epoch of MMA. I also get the impression, he wasn't going to hang around and let Jiri tag him, again. Jiri just did not see a different fighter was before him, or he did, but didn't know what to do about it. And Alex wasn't waiting for him to work it out. Masterclass.

People need to realize mma “strikers” are mediocre and have many holes. And you’re seeing a real striker come in and do that. Jiri is amazing and dynamic but lacks so many basic fundamentals. That’s the beauty of mma, is you don’t have to be a master in anything to become a pro and rise to the top, but it also creates so much delusion with fans and newcomers to the sport

Checked the first knockout in round 1. It goes against the basic principle of boxing, you need to keep your guard up when you are committing to a punch. Jiri threw a jab and while he was throwing the jab his hand placement was no where near the guard. And that rocked him as it should be, because his guard was never up.
