There is a Windows version of the firmware update software, you just have to be sure to install the necessary drivers. intellijel.com/support/firmware-windows/

I'm getting this error "==> Error occurred during update. Invalid DFU suffix signature A valid DFU suffix will be required in a future dfu-util release!!! Cannot open DFU device 0483:df11 No DFU capable USB device available" HELP!

This is still an issue 3 years later.. @intellijel would love to update my Metropolix!! any hints?

@@Wes_CREAM You need to hold down the button on the back of the module when you power on your system. Then let go of the button once your system is on. This should fix your error.
