@Souravrealestatebroker Sir rps08a wale bhi bik jayenge on allotment letter? For example 120 sq mt wala 32 lacs approx ka hai. Wo sir allotment letter pe kitne ka nikal jayega easily?

If we obtain completion certificate after 25% construction, then it is a registered plot & rate will be high compared to allotment letter sale where rate is low

Yes, lease rent needs to pay at the time of lease-deed and that is at once - 10%.

Whoever gets the allotment, Is there any loan finance on remaining 90% ?? i.e amount to be paid within 60 days as under payment option 1, considering person has already paid 10% at time of form submission.

Yes on GPA and sale agreement but unregistered plot rate will be less from registered/transferable plot.
