The tree Kazuya hate the fruit from was never hers and ishiki .ishiki had there God tree .that tree was planted from the ones before .but something happened and momoshiki and kinshiki was to retrieve it .and they where never suppose to touch that tree

Mm I don't know. In the manga the way we see kaguya she already had the rennesharingan when she was with ishikki. I suspect that the kaguya we see in the anime without the rennegan is a vessel version of Kaguya. A weaker vessel. She most likely betray ishikki. After finding a vessel and feed herself to the ten tails Then she gain back her powers and more after eating the fruit. Then the rest follows. You can still include your theory
