My thoughts & opinions of the chapter: 1. After reading the conversation that Dragon had with Kuma, I now wonder if anyone would still intend to belittle Dragon?! I even bet his wife would have said the same thing to her friends if she was in his shoes! 2. When reading the part on how Bonney could imitate a part of Luffy's Nika powers, I now wonder she her Age Age Fruit can allow her to replicate almost any DF powers she wants? If so, then you might say that Teach was a fool for not trying to take it for himself, even though he may not have been aware of its true potential. Bonus: when reading Dragon's line about how children ore the weaknesses of parents, I wonder if Hancock would understand since she knows what it's like to not let ant vulnerability be exploited.

Dragon was misunderstood as many thought he didn't care about Luffy. But this chapter clearly shut those people mouth for sure. He was directly opposing the world government. He was the biggest threat and number one enemy to the world government. Pirates are unruly but they doesn't oppose the world government directly, they doesn't even go against the marines. So, it completely make sense for Dragon to stay away from Luffy and keep it a secret to protect Luffy from the world government and many other unknown threats. Now that's what I call a truly loving and caring father. To suppress your love to protect the one you love need quite a strong will and sacrifice. But it's best for Luffy. Many even questions Roger too. But even Roger did the right thing to give his son to the most trustworthy and one of the most strongest person on the planet to look after him, Garp. He knew he would die very soon. So, why show people his and Ace relationship to the world and bring danger to the newborn child. So, even it was hard for him to do it still it was the best decision to keep Ace safe till he becomes an adult. No wonder Kuma was the best dad in the verse but you can't deny Dragon and Roger's love and care for their child as well❤❤❤

Her powers most likely involve probabilities, not possibilities. Bonnie is very obviously not Nika, but it seems she can change depending on what "future" as desires. Normally, her future just turns her into a woman in her early 20s. When she turns back into a kid, that's just her turning the power off. She can probably do the same with Robin. If she wants a Robin future, she could be able to sprout arms made of flowers everywhere. It's not Nika's power. It's just her imagining what being Nika means and then making that her future until she turns it off.

I dont think bonney can tap into other devil fruit powers with distorted future, she is merely mimicking nika by going into a future where she is very muscular and either concentrated the body mass of her muscular future into her right arm or oda is exaggerating how muscular that future timeline is to draw the luffy using gear 3rd on lucci parallel. The kanji behind her attack says muki which means muscly or buff which is luffy also what luffy did in gear 5 agiasnt kaido his with muscle muscle form

Nika was a Giant. Thus the giant fist. She can't fully become a giant, but she can fully become a Buccaneer, a half-giant. Joyboy's race probably. Maybe her awakening will allow her to become a full Giant, and it won't just be the Nika-ish future but the Nika future. I think it's pretty cool. Not sure why people are so bent out of shape.

I don't see this as Bonney copying Luffy's power of the Nika-Nika Fruit. Anybody who says this either A: Does not understand how powers can truly work or B: You have a limited imagination. She literally has the Age-Age Fruit. Our bodies naturally change organically either through genetics or effort (or lack thereof). So she can become an adult. She can become an old lady. Hell, we literally see her in the chapter become a buff version of herself. So this isn't Oda giving Bonney Luffy's true power. In my eyes - as someone who does roleplaying, powerscaling and is writing his own comic project (still a WIP btw) - this is clearly Oda expanding and thinking outside the box with her abilities. In his defense, he's abusing the power and taking it to heights people wouldn't regularly think of. That's my 2 cents on it.

Bro you missing the point. When you have been watching a series for 25+ years, why tf would you want the most hyped power up to be copied a few chapters later? It just takes away the anticipation and uniqueness that Nika brings. I think that's why people are upset. The only way this makes sense is if she can look into a future where she was the one who ate the Nika fruit (multi-verse) and she manifest the power up. And even so, am still not happy with that.

i think bonney doesnt actually have the age age fruit and that she has a fruit that is hidden from the world just like the gomu gomu. because we see her do more then change her age such as turn into a buccaneer and also turn into nika. and so that would seem impossible with the age age fruit but the chance chance fruit would allow her to manipulate the chances of her being younger or older or nika or even a bucanerr like her adoptive father kuma

Maybe, I think it might be more like Shinobu’s aging fruit. Where she can manipulate the body composition of herself and others. Making people older and younger, but also being able to manipulate her body to become muscular, harder,or even change the body’s material like turning herself into rubber.

I don't think bonney's devil fruit power is that broken. People are quick to assume and make conclusions about it when ODA didn't even clearly reveal what that devil fruit origin is and it's pros and cons and especially it's limitations. Last but not least if bonney can have the joyboy powers then that means ODA literally made a joke out of joyboy and I don't think that would be the case. We just have to wait to know what bonney's devil fruit is all about!
