please, make a "safe jump" command... I can't figure how set the throttle to zero after the jump...

I could make one, however you do have the option to set the "Hyperspace Dethrottle" on the Ship panel, on the Flight Assistance tab :)

If you zero the throttle during the hyperspace part of the jump, it is still listening and you will come out of hyperspace at zero throttle. So just get into the habit, if that's what you want.
