Very nice presentation !! I have identical smoke lights after installed on my 2015 TDI the turning signals are using the red brake lights instead of amber dinamic ! They come plug and play as per manufacture . Do you know what to change to make them turned ? Thank you !

I know the comment is very old but i think the lights are wired differently according to what light you have stock if you have halogen taillight you have to choose halogen taillight if you have led like in the video you have to select led

depending if its a before facelift you connect the standard cables out of the box, if its facelift you get the adapter cables from the box. the yellow one is if you want sequential turn signals. you connect them from the outside to the inside cable per side. need anything more?

@@philip880 I have the 7 GTE & i have put in the 7.5 rearlights but its not with the wiring. I have heard you have to cut the yellow wires, so i did 🤣 It did not help anything tho

How did you code the dynamic turning signals? I installed the Vlands on my MK7.5 GTI (US) and tried to code it but I couldn’t get it to work.

I'm considering the VLANDS for my mk7.5 US GTI as well, I have seen several videos that detail the coding for US MK7.5's and I have VCDS, so I'm not really concerned with that step. I'm just wondering if the quality of the VLANDS is good enough and if they are water proof and bright enough. What is your experience with that?

They are pretty good, haven’t had issues with them. After I used the obd11 to erase the error code thing the little light that would come up stopped coming up and it works fine. But for dynamic lights you need some harness, haven’t gotten that yet.
