I thought those fittings were called duotight rather than dowtight because of the double o ring configuration 🤔

Nice addition!!! I mostly have my all rounder inside to carb and then bottle. This could be a great addition. Serving temperature is much less an issue vs cold crash. Even on a European summer day it will reach 6-7 C.

@@Geterbrewed True shipping wont be an issue, however, my concern is with customs taxes. I was wondering if Northern Ireland is still considered part of the EU custom area, because otherwise, the price will skyrocket when the item arrives and Finnish customs regards it as coming from outside the EU. I wouldn't consider ordering if you were in England, but since you're in Northern Ireland, there's a bit of a grey area that I'm hoping you can help me understand.

@@LekanMakanju yes we are still considered part of the EU because of the NI Protocol so no duties from our experience so far

I have a Ferminator and This would be a welcome addition. I occasionally do cask ales from either a bag in box or pressure barrel. Is there anything stopping me getting the double tap version and having a cask hand pull attached along with a tap ?

I don't think you could attach a hand pump to this setup tbh, its just for standard taps

Isn't this just tieing up your means of controlling your ferment temperature meaning you have to go out and buy another ferminator or fridge?

I thought that too Paul, would be great if they designed a version of this where you could ferment the beer at the desired temperature and then serve it from a single containing vessel :)

You can serve it from a pressure fermenter like the fermzilla tri conical.
