Mike, I've been playing with this, and in the manual it says to stop playback before changing the FFT size, as this changes the latency of the plugin. I noticed that when you changed to higher sizes it was chattering, rather than sounding more defined.

Hi Dan, Yes, you are correct, but that is temporary until it buffers. Unfortunately, in this video, the plugin covers the delay compensation section at the bottom of the track which changes when you change the FFT Size. Automating this setting in the mix would be an issue, auditioning sounds should not be a problem. At least in Pro Tools... Cheers! Mike

Michael White Logic doesn't like me doing it. I know it's just me, but this feels like a plugin I'd use more in Logic. My main DAW is PT, but I do my trippier or more programmed stuff in Logic.

This plugin is a beast but definitely takes a certain taste to want it. I've never been into spectral plugins

No doubt it is a beast! To me, spectral effects are great for shredding generic sounds into something interesting and also amazing for transitional effects from section to section in a song. It's far more than just an electronic music tool now as so many of these effects are being used in other styles. Cheers! Mike
