For caramelising and dey fruits mixing
Sugar 3/4 cup
Hot water 1/2 cup
Dry fruits as per your choice(added raisins, dates, cherry, tutyfruity
Orange zest 1 teaspoon
Flour 1 1/2 cup(250ml cup)
Baking powder 1 1/2 tsp
Nutmeg powder 1/4 teaspoon
Ginger powder 1/4 teaspoon
Cinnamon powder 1/4 teaspoon
Cloves powder 1/4 teaspoon
Egg 3
Powdered sugar 1/2 cup
Vanilla essence 1 teaspoon
Butter 1/4 cup
Oil 1/4 cup
