Your sweetness is heartening! Words you choose being me understanding which means love. Transforming deep suffering into love for my alcoholic mother. 60 years later but it’s never too late to transform! I listen to this talk many times ❤

Thank you so much , dear Brother Phap Luu. Such a magnificent dharma talk. So much wisdom. Unfortunately, I have misophonia and toddlers babbling and kids being loud truly annoy me. I need to improve my practice, change my mental formations. And maybe it is ok for me to lovingly ask parents to be more respectful and step outside when the kids are noisy.

Shannon Mckowne Love and Light to you Shannon. I hope you are well. We are on lockdown and it’s hard, but a teacher reminded me we can’t go outside but can go inside. Inside ourselves...meditation contemplation and self love 💗

He speaks English well which is major for native English speakers...and touches on subjects that have to do about how you are feeling and coping with that inner experience. Very helpful. Thank you.

Hello, I can help with the Spanish - english translation. Is there an easier way to doing it other than creating a youtube account?

easier when you chose to be safe and surrounded by like wise people... i guess ideologically it aims at a humanity of monks and nuns--- a humanity as bees... amazingly those you should not be attached to permanence dress everyday in the SAME WAY (same color, same shape, etc), DO everyday pretty the same things and ritualize every step, and speak a language that repeats itself over and over... that is quite funny for me... i guess it's another way of coping with 'attachement'. taking vows as monks or nuns is the strongest form of attachment (for me)
