No..she’s not. She has at best another 5 years on those knees. They are already starting to bow. She is absolutely gorgeous! If she could reduce some of the fat, and replace it with a bit of muscle..she could rock it til the wheels fall off. However, having high body fat, and low muscle..places the body in a constant state of inflammation. Inflammation, invites disease. This is why the virus ran through the black and brown community..most already being diabetic or pre-diabetic. Their bodies were already inflamed with no real immunity reserves (muscle)

I like to eat between 12-4pm but if I don't eat in the early hours, then it's between 2-6pm. This works for me and keeps me from gaining too much weight. What helps me lose weight is eating only fruits and salads for breakfast and dinner. Twice a day. Less that 1500 calories. On top of bike riding and going to the gym three days a week, then I could lose 10lbs a week but my problem is consistency.
