the clapping things are saying wasshoi (and sore) i believe which is a japanese chant people do when carrying a shrine during festivals! one of the meanings is carrying peace and is used to synchronize :)

I live in Japan and was told the reason that backpacks are so expensive is that kids here will use the same backpack for several years.

The ceackers might be meant for kids who have underdeveloped pallets and Enjoy bland food moee untill they grow into it if that makes sense. I have tries foods that i hated as a child as an adult and found I likenif bot loved them as an adult because my pallet was more refined. Also they mighr be good for soups
