Hey! It’s Shay and Jay here. We been planning to start a couples youtube and we finally went for it. My husband plays wheelchair basketball for the Sacramento Royals. He was born with cerebral palsy and he is able to walk. I’m a plus size care provider. We just wanted to do us and hope that we can make some new friends and just have fun!!! Congratulations on those 9 pounds. You are motivated u want a healthy daughter. Losing weight ain't easy but u can do anything. Make little changes like a salad instead of rice. Lots of Water instead of sugar drink. Eliminate fast food. Cooking at home is a great start.
