So now that you know a bit about adding plyometrics into your ski training, how do you create an effective workout? Well, we've got you covered! This eight-minute plyometrics session is great for beginners and experts alike!
Just make sure you're working within a comfortable range of motion. If you start to feel any tweaks or twinges, reduce your speed, range of motion or intensity until you feel confident in the movement.
