It’s a pleasure watching a master craftsman at work. I also appreciate your simple non nonsense demeanor. Keep up the good work! Mr. Burke

Thank you for the compliment and also thank you for all you do as a carpentry teacher enriching so many students lives and testing your patience all the time.

I've watched your previous builds which were very good. This series looks to be a great tutorial. Certainly looking forward to more. Thank you and have a good week ahead.

Dad a I built several boats like this, just without center forward seat. Dad's fishing friends had us make their boats, then others made for below falls on Willamette River in Oregon City. We put 20hp marcs an you might find you want too round over sharp rear seat corners surfaces for knee knockers! Love the boat an build. PS I've got enough fishing equipment too outfit that nice build! Think of me when you rack your legs across one of those two rear seat corners! "Ouch, he was right"!

milled cotton fibber or wood flour is best for thickening in scarf wood joints. Silica is a tyxotropic additive (stays where put) and more difficult to sand when hardened.

We run between 13 to 15 degree pitch on the back, or transom, if not you don't have enough room to trim ur motor enough, hard to get on plain.

You were working on a center console a while back. What was the length of your controls and steering cable?
@worldboatskiff8709 Жыл бұрын
I don’t know the length for sure because I did not install that, my guess would be 12 feet.

Does it require the seats for structural integrity. Or can it be totally open floor
@worldboatskiff8709 Жыл бұрын
I built a walk-through version with seats on the side which worked OK but it was not as stiff as with bench seats all the way across. kzbin.info/www/bejne/rna1Ya2QZd9mldU

"I rolled it out" Do you mean coated it with epoxy?? Good idea though.
@worldboatskiff87092 ай бұрын
I generally roll out the sheets of plywood with epoxy before I start my build

Does watching the printer, and watching him sweep sawdust, really help the viewer. Good content spoiled by boring content. Smh. I'll watch it all though.
