@@SorinChebac Wonderful build, Sorin. I've been looking over the various models on this ^ site for a couple of weeks... yours looks like a larger variation on the regular DE23. Is this modifying of the plans a service they offer, or did you figure the design out yourself?

I don't know why you are upset... I'm a mechanical engineer, not a video editor :) I think that the images posted in this video help a lot to those who want to build a boat themselves... beginners or advanced. You are the first to comment that he doesn't like music. If you read more comments, you will see that many really appreciate it. I'm not a native English speaker, so I can't tell stories in English, and it's out of the question to make fun of my English. Be understanding. If you don't like the music... turn it down. I wish wooden boats would stop trying to look like fiberglass boats.

It's building method called cold molding. Some of the world's finest "fiberglass" sportfish yachts are built this way. Good marine grade plywood is lighter and stronger for the weight. Hence...a faster boat. Also more expensive than the heavy solid fiberglass tubs. Just look at Paul Mann sportfish yachts. They cost 2x what a viking will cost and this is how they are made. But...they are much faster and have a longer range.
