I think that being a creative craftsman to work with various things and imperfections is the sign of a true craftsman. Things aren't perfect, boards aren't strait, and a plethora of other obstacles arise. Good job at finding solutions to the problems and doing things in a frugal fashion. Blessings

I used plywood on my front porch best thing I ever did got water leaks Didn't do any damage like drywall and wood Just ran down to come over the edges

I Love EXACTLY What you used for the ceiling stain. Wow its just great. I love the thinner board you used in the ceiling. Dont go too dark on the floor stay, light it shows less dirt. You are one very handy guy Jason I loved what you did honestly you are very very talented.

Looks great! The darker color brings out the dark spots in the younger and groove. Also you can get away with a darker ceiling especially when they are taller

The cabinet grade makes all the difference. Looks fine to me & like you said you aren't going to be living in there, so it doesn't have to be something you love. That weird angle calmed down with the trim & stain. Once you get the rest of those windows uncovered, the extra light will be awesome! love y'all ~Mary & fam

It looks OK !! I think the stain is a little dark and maybe just a nice clearcoat would look better. But you did a good job and did it a fast way. You can always put tongue and groove over the plywood later on if you decide to do that. Well done !! ✌🏼😎🍻

When we were building our lake cabin, we whitewashed the plywood. Then we put beams up. It looks great yet to this day. Great job, you too!

Well, it's cabinet grade plywood which is on another level compared to "plywood". I probably would have gone for something darker so there's much more contrast but it certainly came out pretty well. I like seeing people trying different things, really nice job.
