Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday arrived in Moscow for a two-day visit, where he will meet Russian President Vladimir Putin and hold talks with him over various issues. This is PM Modi's first visit to Russia in nearly five years. Manipur has been one of the strongest weapons in the arsenal of Congress-led opposition to attack Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his government since May last year when ethnic violence broke out between Meitei and Kuki communities in the state claiming more than 200 lives. Discussing it, one of the panelists, Guru Prakash Paswan says ' Rahul Gandhi is not concerned about the issues & challenges of Manipur... He is nothing but an Ambassador of selective outrage. @@ravikumarbs7298 BJP hatake Manipur bach jayega? Manipur had too many problems from the beginning(after independence) which was ruled by many other parties and they too couldn't solve the problems. These problems need willingness to solve, not a particular party! For me, any party is okay if they start rectification of problems one by one. For eg. Manipur had a chronic problem of drug and Bandh/economic blockades which BJP Govt. was very much effective to reduce to a great extent. Why shouldn't I appreciate them?

I am a manipuri and still will say bjp does nothing till today after 14 months to stop violence in my state. One thing to be noted ...bjp ko manipur pucho bengal phunch jaty hai . Bjp ko manipur bolo Gujarat pgunch jata hai. Shame shame. In a democratic country aap bjp walon ko pata nhi its the duty of oppositions to point out mistakes of ruling party and ur so call double engine sarkar has totally been ignoring us. The Congress party, as the oldest political party governing India since independence, is well aware of the situation in Manipur before its merger with the Indian Union in 1949. Congress party should not politicized public issue of Manipur , related with the sentiment of the Meiteis who wish to protect the integrity of Manipur state having a small area of 22327 km², demanding to Indian government to allow the indigenous Meiteis, Kukis, Nagas, Meitei panghals etc. to coexist in a normal peaceful life. The demand of the Meiteis is to implement NRC and to identify the illegal immigrant Kukis and others coming to Manipur after 1951 . But the kukis' demand is not to implement NRC and not to identify Kuki immigrants and again demanding a union territory or separate administration. Kukis' demand is not to construct border fencing of 398 km at Manipur - Myanmar border. The other demands of Kukis can be seen as submitted by the Kukis . The main demands for the Meiteis are only to protect the integrity of Manipur state protecting the indigenous Meitei, Nagas, Kukis, Meitei pangals etc. who have been coexisting since many years but not those illegal immigrant Kukis and others coming to Manipur state after 1951. The other demands of the Meiteis may be discussed with the record of the memorandum submitted by different groups of Meiteis to the Congress Leaders. Without proper diagnosis a Doctor cannot do anything to cure the disease of a patient. Manipur violence situation is in serious condition which requires sincere serious treatment with proper diagnosis by the Government of India , Central opposition Leaders , related stakeholders and the Government of Manipur. Please put your valuable mind to bring peace in Manipur but not to go only for the political gain of Congress Party. Only then there will be a way to bring Normalcy in Manipur by the Government of India and the Government of Manipur with the cooperation of Central Congress Leaders , other opposition leaders, related stakeholders and related people.
