These things would have been already discussed behind the scenes and only after Putin accepted, Modi would have told what he had told. We have to satisfy both sides. Always good analytical views and presentation by the General 👌 I want to understand why India is forever dependent on Russia & West for the key defence technology's 🤔, why did the Indian Defence, Military, Navy, Airforce, DRDO, Hindustan Aironautics, Digital Warfare, AI, Robotic Military techs, Drones tech, Cyber tech, any FORBIDDEN high techs, Lazer & other techs are/were all either very slow R&D or none all these years. Unfortunately, Indian rupees are still a big obstacle for mutual trade between our countries. And those measures that you mentioned they are not an answer to it. Russia has nothing to gain in this exchange, trasfering our technology to your country. They probably agreed to trade in Chinese yuan for now. Plus, production quality in India is one big question. As you know, Western high-tech brands, after leaving China, quickly decided not to move to India at all.
