This tech can only be used in India Pak Border Of Punjab only, which is peaceful. You can't use it on J&K or Rajasthan. Because there even at some areas fencing is not possible due to topography. How will you add robots to it.

This is a smart idea but its not ground breaking tech. Its just a PTZ camera Mounted on a chasis that has 2 rollers to move left and right. The data from the camera is sent via 4G to a control center. Drdo should be able to make this in under a year.
