PM Modi to flag off Kashmir’s first electric train, inaugurate sections of USBR Link project

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate and lay the foundation of multiple development projects worth over Rs 30,500 crore for J&K on February 20. The projects are related to several sectors, including health, education, rail, road, aviation, petroleum, and civic infrastructure, among others. Under the umbrella of several development projects, J&K is getting a bonanza of railway development projects. To enhance connectivity in J&K, PM Modi will unveil a new rail route on Udhampur-Srinagar-Baramula Rail Link Project (USBRL). The Rail route Banihal-Khari-Sumber-Sangaldan, covering a distance of 48 km will be gifted to J&K. Meanwhile, in a historic feat, Kashmir will be getting its first Electric Train and train service between Sangaldan station and Baramulla station. As per the PM’s office, the rail projects will improve connectivity, ensure environmental sustainability, and boost the overall economic development of the region.

There was no money in k, infact the taxes collected from other states were given to k, they used to get free high quality ration and other facilities no one used to work there, people who wanted work had no jobs cause of dictaatorship of two families, they used to pelt stone for living, now look at the investment only thing left is to work like rest of indians. before there was genocide of natives comitted by pak funded extremists, now street violence, hartals have stopped. Now people are free to lead life as they wish.The Sabha passed the over ₹1.18 lakh crore budget for the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir for 2023-24 amid din with 35% capital expenditure at ₹41,491 crore to be spent on development and infrastructure. Rs 1.18 lakh crore for fiscal 2024-25. All this money cannot be collected from abdullaha's stone pelting income. But still Modi wants to serve kashmir.
