मैंने 2022 में मोहन गार्डन Block K 1 Extension में एक फ्लैट लिया था, जिसका जनकपुरी राजिस्टार ऑफिस में रजिस्ट्री कराया था एवं MCD में नाम भी चेंज कराया है एवं MCD को प्रॉपर्टी टैक्स भी जमा हो रहा है| फ्लैट में अपने नाम पर बिजली का कनेक्शन भी है| क्या हमें भी PM-Uday योजना के तहत आवेदन करना होगा? बताने की कृपा करें|

DDA officials are sending number of notices to the applicant after 2 -3 months but how can DDA cancel the same because DDA has taken amount from the applicant and applicant done all the formalities.

if the property belongs to the private land then it shall be possible. if the property belongs to the govt. land then previous owner have to submit his/her application for the registeration in the DDA office.

आपकी video देख कर काफी जानकारी मिली धन्यवाद भाई साहब 1 सवाल मेरा ये भी है कि gis नम्बर मिलने के बाद ये कैसे पता करें कि dda से हमे कितनी फ़्लोर बनाने की अनुमति मिल सकती है इसमें parking को जोड़ कर कितने फ्लोर बना सकते है और जिस मकान में पार्किंग नही बनी उसमे कितने कितने फ्लोर बना सकते है ये कैसे पता चलेगा?

Sir builder se independent house ground floor bana hua buy kiya par layout approve nhi hai , plot area 1025 sqft , registry hui hain to kya ghar illegal hoga? Kitna fine lagega?

2006 me Property dealer ne hame complete chain di nhi thi, kewal 7-8 property documents diye the, jisme jamidar wale document bhi nhi hai, Pls kuchh suggest kre

ask from the property dealer the chain , if it is not possible then on the same property no of buyers are located please ask photocopy of them

Sir ji lagta hai naya naya kaam sikha hai aapne.. Stamp duty property ki value ke hisab se 6% ya 4% nikali jaegi na ki DDA ki fees ke hisab se for example agar property ki value 50,00,000 hai or male person hai to 6% stamp duty lagegi yani 3 lacs stamp duty pay krni hogi....

Sir Humare pass property k pepar nahi khali electric Bill ration card and Adhar Card aur pen card hai aur jahan Hum Reh rehe hn wahan 45 years se reh rahe hn to kya hum Registry karwa saktey hn agar hn to Hume kya kya document dena hoga please Help me
