Great set of videos by assetyogi. Brilliant. One important question - It seems on the day of registry the complete money does not change hands. Generally the registration is done. Then the bank loan actual money from buyer to seller happens around 1 or 2 weeks later once the bank recieves the sale deed registered . What happens if registration done but buyer does not get the final home loan disbursed ? Registered done but payment not completed. How is the seller protected ?

Sir maine ek commercial property purchase ki hai jiska construction agle saal complete hoga. Builder aur maine sale deed banakar register kar di hai. Ab ye property navi mumbai mein hai jismein Cidco ka "Cidco Transfer" term hota hai. Sir Cidco transfer process ke baremein ek video mein jankaari dijiye, especially jab property construction builder ek saal baad complete karega. Cidco transfer mere naam par kaun aur kaise hoga woh bhi bataiyega please.
