Sir. Agreement & flat maintenance is on mother’s name , but property bill is on daughter’s name , can it be changed to mothers name in property dept. without society’s NOC ?

Either you can be present for registry or you can give power of attorney to someone for executing it.

Great set of videos by assetyogi. Brilliant. One important question - It seems on the day of registry the complete money does not change hands. Generally the registration is done. Then the bank loan actual money from buyer to seller happens around 1 or 2 weeks later once the bank recieves the sale deed registered . What happens if registration done but buyer does not get the final home loan disbursed ? Registered done but payment not completed. How is the seller protected ?

Plz फ्लॅट की किमत कैसे तय करे? इस locked knowledge को unlock किजीए| Eg- अगर किसी एक फ्लॅट का टोटल बिल्ड अप एरिया 600 sqft है ,और कार्पेट एरिया 480 sqft है, बाल्कनी 10×2 की है, रोड फेसिंग , एरिया fsi 1.5 का है, लिफ्ट के अलावा कोई अमेनिटीस नही है| ऐशी परिस्थिती मे फ्लॅट की किमत तय करते वक्त कौनशी चिजो पर विचार किया जाता है, या किंमत कैसे तय करते है? आपकी क्लास मे बहोत ज्ञान प्राप्त हुवा thanks sir

Sir maine ek commercial property purchase ki hai jiska construction agle saal complete hoga. Builder aur maine sale deed banakar register kar di hai. Ab ye property navi mumbai mein hai jismein Cidco ka "Cidco Transfer" term hota hai. Sir Cidco transfer process ke baremein ek video mein jankaari dijiye, especially jab property construction builder ek saal baad complete karega. Cidco transfer mere naam par kaun aur kaise hoga woh bhi bataiyega please.

Sir I paid my stamp duty and registration money using esbtr but the address generated in final challan is wrong. What is procedure for rectification. Can I take reprint or I have to refund money and again redo procedure. Thanks for financial awareness videos.

Wo property buy Karni chahiye k nai jiska ek hi parent ho aur usne senior citizen act k basis pe condition lagayi ho k agar Mera beta mujhe Sahi rakhta hai to wo property Ka utni dair tak malik hai... matlab transfer of property to her son... sir , B ney A se agreement of sale banaya aur full payment de kar possesion le liya aur sale deed execute nahi hue , isi beech A ney C ko GPA banakar de diya aur full payment le liya aur C ney D ko registry(sale deed ) kar di , ismein property kiski hogi.
