He has released a whopping 16 studio albums and won multiple awards including a MTV EMA, World Music and MOBO in 2003 for Best UK Artist. The DJ - real name Rajinder Singh - found fame when his track Mundian To Bach Ke achieved global recognition. A new version of the track was released in 2003 which featured rap star Jay-Z.

This is pretty amazing just because of the presence Britain maintained in India for so long… the not-so-positive one. In turn, we’ve seen many people, from all over India, move to Great Britain and expand the diaspora.
