I Had SAME Problem SIR. I joined PSSM in 2021. I Do MEDITATION since 2001 January. I had Anxiety, Fatigue, Gastric Issues, constipation. Now, After Two years, Now I have Cleared Constipation problem first, Then , I get rid off From Anxiety, Now Fatigue is gone. Gas is not bothered like BEFORE. Still am DOING. forgot to mention, pulpitation ALSO GONE
