Phil, I intend to do the exam later this month. I was wondering if you had any kind of simulator/ mock exam that I could buy? I did look at the site - I did see options of signing up for training but no choices where I could buy only a simulator? I wish you would have a simulator\Mock exam where you would give a "video explanation" of the correct answer :D

Hey Meena! Currently we do not have any simulator outside of our Immersion or Masterclass classes. We make up for it with the many quiz videos on youtube. 😊

Thank You as always Phil. I did get most of them right except the ones you called out as "tricky" :D. Of course I have questions :) 1. Before committing to user stories . The team should cosider "story size" and "Capacity". But the "capacity" of agile team is nothing but "velocity" rt . SO why cant the option be velcoity 2. In Agile, when an imp person requests a scope increase in middle of the iteration, what should you do as PM? The answer you gave is "Defer to scrum team". Now I understand thats cause we shouldnt disturb the team in midst of a iteration. But I chose "Add it in" - I meant add it to "product backlog". Would you agree it is a reasonable deduction :D

1. Velocity is affected by Capacity. You need to think of Capacity and story size OVER velocity. You could have a high velocity but if capacity is abnormally low, velocity is of non-effect. Capacity is king in this one. 2. It says "Scope increase". In other words, asking the team to "do more stuff in a sprint." Adding a story to the backlog is not a scope increase really because it is not guaranteed to be done even if it is in the backlog. This question is talking about increasing authorized work to be done in a sprint. And yes anyone can add a story to the backlog at any time and no team intervention is needed for that.
