I purchased this machine in October 2023 but now I am facing with the charging issue. Cord and adaptor is fine but no power supply to the machine. No display light indication that it is charging. My wife need to submit her project in three weeks before her certification duration ends. What should I do, kindly help!

How to you adjust the needle length? I'm a newbie to pmu and first time using wireless.

twist the top. my needles aren't moving is why I'm here, no troubleshooting on website and they charge for return shipping :-(

Twisting the grip will control how much needle sticks out as you run the machine.

The Mast machine is great for practicing hair strokes! However, most artists prefer a stronger machine for performing hair strokes on clients - we would recommend the PEAK Elara or the Bellar Air.
