PN Junction Diode-ன் cut-in voltage-ஐ எப்படி கண்டுபிடிப்பது.
how to find cut in voltage of given PN junction diode.
Definition:
forward bias:
Anode terminal is connected to positive terminal of the battery and cathode is connected to negative terminal of the battery.
Cut-in Voltage:
it is a minimum forward voltage at which current flow through the junction.
Particulars Required:
Regulated Power Supply (0-30V)
PN junction diode (IN4001)
Resistor (220 Ohm)
Voltmeter (0-1V)
Ammeter (0-100mA).
