I PASSED MY NCLEX ON 6/21/2022 with 75 questions I felt overprepared because my nursing school exams was way harder than NCLEX. Simple nursing helped me ALOT I was listening to simple nursing vids right before my exam. I prayed that I dnt get EKG strip but I got one and the answer was obvious. I did ALL uworld questions TWICE, did ALL archer questions 1.5times, did Saunders 7th edition practice exam questions did most questions while in nursing school, listened to ALL Mark Klimek vids, listened to all of summit college vids on KZbin, my school was having me doing 300 practice questions a day😒 GOODLUCK I Hope this helped someone. SIMPLE nursing will help you with ATI,HESI and NCLEX. The truth is tht all the practice questions will prepare you for NCLEX but when u sit there u will def need fundamental knowledge and application the exam is not hard but you have to know what everybody else knows

Very useful especially for visual learners. I liked the simple nursing app way better than kaplan. I just get bored and sleepy most of the time. This app is under rated..this should be always included for nclex test takers. Thank God for this brilliant Mike. 👌👌👌

I am from Ontario, Canada and since I failed the previous CPNRE exam that required only 3 attempts, the new Rex-PN exam that is similar to your NCLEX now provides unlimited attempts. I will be trying to do this year and hope to pass it once. So I thank you for providing me these videos as tools to understand and remember VERY important information! You are God-sent. memory tricks never help me out the moment, I take practice tests.🙄 learning syllabus is far challenging than memory tricks. keeping in mind those memory tricks is an added burden. lecture was helpful though 👏🙂👍

Pneumonia infection causing severe inflammation in the lungs and alveoli get filled with mucous, fluid and debris makes it harder to breath. P for pneumonia p for Plague of Inflammation inside the lungs. Alveoli is where gas exchange occurs 02 in co2 out. Pneumonia fills the lungs with fluid, debris and mucous leading to impaired gas exchange where co2 can't get out and 02 can't get in. Results in hypoxia and acidosis from too much co2. Impaired ventilation as the body tries to get air through the alveoli. Impaired gas exchange nursing diagnosis for pneumonia leads to ineffective breathing pattern. S/sx 1) altered mental status, restlessness, agitation, confusion. brain o2 sensitive increased icp 2) fever over 100.4 3) productive yellow sputum 4) fine or coarse crackles. 5) dyspnea shortness of breath 6) pleuritic chest pain (pleural friction rub report to MD sharp chest pain upon inspiration or coughing. Stabbing or burning pain. Pleurisy is a complication of pneumonia pleural friction rub, sounds like sand paper rubbing together. Pleural friction rub is a grating sound or vibration heard during inspiration and expiration. Unequal chest expansion, bronchial breath sounds and tactile fremitus more vibrations from pt back with certain phrases denser or more inflamed lungs.
