I just loved the mnemonic pneumonia P-productive cough ,pleuritic chest pain N-neurological changes especially in elderly ,increased RR E-elevated lab results,elevated CO2 and WBC U-uneven temperature M-mild to high fever O-oxygen saturation less than 90 N-nausea and vomiting I-increased HR and RR A-aching all over the body,shortness of breath Now its on the tip of my tongue thank u :):)

Yes, aspiration pneumonia is usually treated with antibiotics...and again this depends on the severity of the pneumonia and the bacteria type which tends to be anaerobic bacteria.
