You no longer do the needle decompression in the 2nd intercostal space; there might be subclavian vessles injuries. You stick the needle in 4th-5th intercostal space and anterior axillary line, the same point where we are going to place the chest tube (ATLS 10th ed.)

He sounds like Mark ruffalo when he was in that movie with the??? got a mind block right now she was married to Ryan phillippe and in cruel intentions with Sweet home Alabama and the whole bunch of other movies I can't think of her dang now now shoot! But in the movie she's a ghost or something to that effect Angie's eye doctor and she's telling him how to do procedure on a guy he's choking in a restaurant it was a pneumothorax and sounds just like him here in this clip I swear! 😳😊

Hahaha I love it. Ruffalo is a great actor. I liked that movie he was in "The Kids Are All Right" from 2010.
